Job Summary
We strive to provide the best events no matter if they are company holiday parties, baby showers, or business meetings. From setting up the event area to executing the event itself. We are looking for our “Jack of all Trades” who will be able to set up events and then attend the events to assist in any way needed.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up the event how the client prefers and would make sure that the area, chairs, and cloth material is cleaned and looks presentable.
- Set up of tables and other equipment along with any other items would be expected.
- During the event, periodically checking in with the client to ensure there is nothing they need and removing items if necessary (water pitchers, plates, etc.).
- Set up of Audio-Visual Equipment, Troubleshooting, Inventory Stocking and Rotation, and the ability to work independently or in a team setter are other requirements of the position.
- Lead a team of Banquet servers
- Assist the Banquet Manager as needed being the "right hand"
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
- There will be a lot of moving items, such as chairs and tables, so the attendant must also be able to withstand the physical requirements.
- A flexible schedule (early AM, late nights, and weekend availability) is a must.
- Presentation, honesty, and a respectable attitude are very important for this position.
