Banquet Captain

Harrison Meadows Country Club, located in Harrison, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Banquet Captain! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• 
  
  Review banquet event orders (BEOs) prior to each event.
  
  


• 
  
  Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate event details, service expectations, and assignments.
  
  


• 
  
  Inspect banquet rooms to ensure proper setup according to event specifications.
  
  


• 
  
  Verify tables, linens, China, glassware, silverware, décor, and equipment are properly arranged.
  
  


• 
  
  Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure readiness for service.
  
  

• 
  
  Lead banquet servers and bartenders throughout service.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure food and beverages are served efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
  
  


• 
  
  Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction throughout events.
  
  


• 
  
  Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
  
  


• 
  
  Maintain communication between the kitchen, service staff, and management.
  
  


• 
  
  Adjust staffing and service flow as needed to ensure successful event execution.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
