The Madonna Inn is seeking an experienced Banquet/Line Cook. Primary responsibility will be to take the lead on prepping meals for our large Banquet/Events department, serving between 25 to 800 people at a time. Our Banquet/Events menu is large, so applicants should have well-rounded experience. On days with no large events, this position floats where needed. Sometimes prepping for banquet events the next day, sometimes working the Line in either the Copper Cafe or Alex Madonna's Gold Rush Steak House, etc. Shift times vary, so flexible availability is needed, but must at least be able to work after 11am.
