What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and plate banquet menu items according to Club standards
• Assist with banquet prep, production, and event execution
• Set up and participate in banquet plating lines while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
• Prepare hors d'oeuvres, buffets, action stations, and special event menus
• Review banquet event orders (BEOs), recipes, and production sheets to ensure accurate execution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures
• Support overall kitchen operations as business needs require
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, hotel, or food service experience preferred
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
• ServSafe certification is a plus
