What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire banquet staff to execute seamless      events
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams for perfect      presentation
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown with      precision
• Manage client needs, budgets, and timelines
• Maintain top-tier quality and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar event management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of event planning software is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
