POSITION OVERVIEW

Riverside Country Club is seeking part-time, highly motivated, and interactive Banquet Servers. Banquet Servers are an essential part of our event experience, providing outstanding service to members and guests during club events, private parties, and banquet functions. This position offers a highly flexible schedule with morning, day, and evening shifts available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Provide outstanding customer service to Riverside members and guests.

  
  


• 
  

  Set up and break down banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Serve food and beverages during club events, private parties, and banquet functions.

  
  


• 
  

  Obtain and maintain RServing (Responsible Serving) certification.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn and utilize the Jonas point-of-sale system.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn and memorize signature cocktail menus, beer, and wine selections.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide proper wine bottle service.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle a cash bank accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to all health codes and RCC cleaning procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Expand food and beverage knowledge to answer members and guest questions.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Previous serving or banquet experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  RServing certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.

  
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 
  

  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to carry trays and lift up to 35 lbs.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work at a fast pace in a team environment.
