Bar and Lounge Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to oversee the operations of our bars, including the lobby, check-in/out stations, and Pool outdoor areas as applicable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional service to our customers and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

- Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

- Develop and implement creative beverage menus and promotions to enhance guest experience.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

-  2 years of proven experience in bar management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

- Must be able to obtain the LA responsible vendor card.
