Job Description - Bar Back

We are looking to add a Bar back to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our company’s mission.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner

Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.

Maintain clean and organized bar stations, wiping surfaces, removing trash, and keeping backup product prepped.

Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food and beverages.

Change kegs when required

Remove empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar

Re-stock garnishes and mixes

Run food items to the bar as needed

Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station

Job Details:

Full time and part time positions available

$10.98/hour plus tips

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED a preferred, not required

Must have night, weekend and holiday availability

Previous Bar back experience preferred

Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
