Ghost Isle is looking to add a Bar back to our team! We are a dedicated, hardworking crew that is ready for this summer! We want to hear from you asap!
Job requirements:
- Supporting bartender staff and welcoming guests in timely fashion and friendly approach
- Stocking the bar with liquor syrups, glasses, napkin etc
- Preparing garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, & restock napkins & straws
- Clean up the spills, remove glassware
- Keep the bar area neat & clean
- Hand out menus to customers immediately upon seating
- Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails & liquor
- Handle response sensitive situations such as cleaning up broken glass
- Removing full bus tubs to dish area
- Cleaning floor behind bar
- Completing any opening, closing and side work assigned
% Cash & Credit Card tips + Hourly Wage
Work Environment:
Working primarily behind the bar. You will need to go to the brewery & kitchen occasionally for supplies. Shifts usually run between 11am-5pm & 4:45-Close, but may vary depending on the time of year. Expect to work weekdays, weekends & holidays. During peak busy hours you may be under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently, all while performing all other job duties. Must remain professional and act swiftly. Open floor plan meaning customers & managers are watching at all times. Foul language, cell phone use & slouching on tables and/ or counters is not permitted while you are on the floor.
