Pay: $18.00/hour (Restaurant) | $28.00/hour (Banquet Events)
Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

We're looking for a Bar Back/Busser to support our bartenders and service staff while helping deliver the outstanding hospitality our members expect.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working behind the scenes, and being an essential part of a high-performing food and beverage team.

What You'll Do

As a Bar Back/Busser, you'll play a critical role in keeping our bar and dining areas running smoothly by:

• Keeping the bar fully stocked with clean glassware, ice, and supplies 
• Washing, sanitizing, and polishing glassware 
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe bar workstations 
• Removing trash and recycling throughout each shift 
• Bussing and resetting tables in the bar area 
• Refilling water glasses and assisting with table service 
• Supporting bartenders and servers during busy service periods 
• Assisting with closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next shift

Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods 
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
• Bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the shift 
• Work in a busy hospitality environment
