About the Role:

As the Bar Manager at Latuli, you will lead a dynamic team in crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. Join us in Houston, TX, where your creativity and passion for mixology will shine in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Develop innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.

Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail preparation and customer service excellence.

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.

Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to create harmonious food and drink pairings.

Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their bar experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.

Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest engagement.

Ability to manage inventory and financial aspects of bar operations.

Certification in bartending or relevant licenses preferred.

Passion for creating memorable experiences and a positive work environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
