About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse in Branson, MO. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a talented group of bartenders while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service

Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient bar environment for both guests and staff

Develop and implement creative and profitable drink specials and promotions

Train and mentor bartenders to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a bar management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and beer

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
