Bar Prep - Wolf by Vanderpump

Responsible for ensuring that adequate levels of all supplies (perishable and non-perishable) are maintained consistently (front and back) of beverage operations.  Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and effectiveness of beverage storerooms and Easy Bar liquor system. 

• Maintains a constant level of liquor, sodas, dry goods, glassware and other beverage service accessories at all bars and storerooms.
• In conjunction with Bar Attendants, ensures storerooms and Easy Bar/Soda/Juice systems are properly cleaned, and that adequate amounts of liquor, juice, and soda are maintained on the systems at all times.
• Places orders with Warehouse, receives products and stocks all bars according to pre-set par levels, adjusting and maintaining these correct levels for all seasons and holidays.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year Bar Attendant experience 
• Fluent and literate in English
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. 
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Mobility to constantly move about the property 
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs
• Ability to move and carry large, heavy objects weighing up to 90 pounds (keg weight).
• Ability to use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping
• Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy 
  environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.  Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
