The Bar Preparation Associate supports restaurant bar operations by preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring consistent presentation and service. This role contributes to guest satisfaction through attentive hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to established recipes, portion standards, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes, quality standards, and portion guidelines.

  Ensure beverages are presented consistently and served in a timely manner.

  Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout each shift.

  Assist coworkers and management with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  One to two years of restaurant experience preferred.
