Bar Supervisor

As the Bar Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our bars. You will ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction, while also leading and motivating the bar team.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bar operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Creativity and a passion for developing innovative beverage menus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus.
