Bar Supervisor

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the bar. You're behind it, running it, and setting the standard for speed, quality, and fun.
• Lead your bartenders and servers. Train them, schedule them, and have their back on a slammed night.
• Keep the good times responsible. Card like a pro, spot when someone's had enough, and handle it with class.
• Make every guest feel like a regular, and turn the occasional grumpy one into a fan.
• Keep the shelves stocked and the numbers right: par levels, ordering, inventory, cash, and closeout.
• Keep the bar clean, sharp, and up to health code, every shift.

WHAT YOU BRING
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of bartending experience, with 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Solid knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails, and you can run the bar while working it.
• A calm, confident approach to responsible alcohol service.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred, and required where your state requires it.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. That's when the magic happens.
• Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a loud, high-energy room.
