The Bar Teammate supports daily operations within a high-energy, counter-service food and beverage outlet by delivering efficient, attentive and guest-focused service across multiple service areas.

What You’ll Do

• Take orders, serve cocktails and support counter service
• Run food, bus tables and maintain clean service areas
• Support bar operations and responsible alcohol service
• Stock, organize and maintain the bar and counter throughout service
• Provide friendly, attentive service and support guest needs

• Previous food and beverage service experience required
• Experience in bar service, counter service or high-volume environments preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of POS systems and bar service operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service standards
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
