Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to support our bar staff in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that our bartenders have everything they need to create a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.

- Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.

- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for events and special occasions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
