We are looking for a Barback to join our team at Night Rooster in Dallas, TX!

What we are looking for:

Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.

Fosters a positive work environment.

Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.

Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and guests.

Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.

Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.

Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff, and security personnel to ensure efficient service to all customers.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.

Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.

Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
