As a Bar Back, you're more than someone who stocks supplies—you're a vital member of the team who helps create seamless service, supports bartenders, and ensures guests enjoy an unforgettable Margaritaville experience. What You'll Do:

• Keep bars fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies throughout each shift
  • Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, juices, mixers, and other beverage ingredients
  • Change beer kegs and restock coolers as needed
  • Remove empty bottles, used glassware, and waste to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
  • Wash, polish, and organize glassware and bar equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all bar and storage areas
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing beverage deliveries and inventory
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
  • Respond quickly to bartender requests to ensure efficient guest service
  • Help maintain a safe work environment by following all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Work closely with bartenders, servers, food runners, and managers to support seamless operations
  • Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the island dream work

What We're Looking For:

• Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, including cases, kegs, and ice bins
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout an entire shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
