Barback - The Casino (Bartender Assistant)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the bartenders and/or servers in the performance of their duties to ensure a
  positive experience for our guest


• Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replace
  bottles on Berg System, replenish juice used at bars


• Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the
  approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7


• Maintain all areas clean including bar mats and coolers, empty garbage, and mop floors


• Move bar supplies from storage areas to the appropriate bar locations


• Ensures the proper service of alcohol by following the current laws of the state and the
  policies of the company


• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Employees in this position may be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that
require the same type of license

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.


• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.


• Must complete all necessary company training.
