From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a bar in San Francisco that include cocktails, live jazz, and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. Shifts will be 7 pm - 3 am (Thurs-Saturday) and 12 pm - 4 pm (Wednesday).

Barback

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with daily service
• Maintain overall bar cleanliness
• Prepare batches and other cocktail ingredients
• Wash and organize glassware
• Retrieve and keep adequate levels of bar stock
• Clean as part of opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience as barback is preffered
• Strong attention to details
• Able to follow directions
• Basic math skills or an ability to use a calculator and understand proportions
• Good interpersonal skills
• Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification and RBS training required
• 21+ years of age or older
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
