Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Barbers to join our team across multiple locations in Malta. The ideal candidate will have a flair for men's grooming and hairstyling, a commitment to high-quality service, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and beard grooming services.

• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable styles.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation and tools at all times.

• Offer advice on grooming products and aftercare to enhance the client experience.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in men's hairstyling and grooming techniques.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Manage appointment schedules to ensure minimal waiting time for clients.

• Assist with other salon duties, such as opening/closing the shop and stock management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barber (minimum 1-2 years).

• Ability to perform a variety of mens haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for grooming.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations in the salon industry.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of Maltese would be an advantage).
