Reporting to the Men’s Locker Room Manager, the Barber is responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to Members including haircuts, shaves, and styling. Working in an individual barber shop within the Clubhouse, the work is at a moderate paced with considerable contact with Members. The ideal candidate possess knowledge on the latest trends in the industry and is able to cut and style a wide range of ages from children to seniors while presenting a welcoming demeanor ensuring Members feel comfortable and valued. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of haircuts and styles for men, women, and children, including trims and fades Provide shaves and beard grooming services, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Provide personalized consultations to determine clients' needs and preferences.
- Keep abreast of current hair trends, techniques and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Members, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.

- Naturally acts with the Member in mind; Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of Members and the Club.
- Manages confidential and sensitive information with eminent discretion and integrity.
- Ability to be flexible when taking on tasks, prioritizing as necessary, and in handling situations.
- Possesses exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Valid barber license (or equivalent certification) in accordance with state regulations.
- Experience with men's grooming, including beard trims and shaves.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a barber shop or salon
- Proficient in various cutting techniques, including clippers, scissors, and razors.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
