We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber / Men's Hair Stylist to join our team at Magic Hat Barber Shopin Carmel, IN. In this role you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity while providing premium grooming services to our guests.

37 Hour Full-Time work week (32 hours not including lunch/breaks)
1 hour lunch + breaks

Responsibilities:
Providebarbering servicessuch as haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and barber station
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
Professional and upbeat attitude
Valid barbering and/or cosmetology license in the state of Indiana
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber/Hair Stylist
Confident skills with scissor over comb, shaves, beards, skin-fades, tapers and longer hairstyles
Smart work ethic
Unique personal style
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Passion for the art of barbering and men's grooming
