Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with retail product sales and inventory tracking
- Support barbers by coordinating client flow and ensuring a smooth schedule
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
