The cutter’s role is to deliver the highest quality service to their clients. Whether it’s a haircut, shave, beard trim, or wax the cutters role is to perform a high-quality service by first conferring with the client to figure out what is important to them, what they’ve done in the past, and what they like and dislike. This position has two main factors that are important. First, personality and ability to learn. A Diesel Barbershop Cutter should have a good amount of industry experience with the ability to perform a fade (1/2” or less) with shear work on the top of the head. And second is personality! We need someone that is motivated, dependable, and drama free. We ask that you do your part (everyone is equal)!

Preferred skill set:
- Florida Cosmetology, Barber or Dual License
- 2 yrs Experience preferred, but also can be straight out of school!
- Ability to cut/style all hair textures
- Beard grooming experience is a plus!!
- Social Media presence is a plus!!
- Professionalism
- Great communication skills
- Men’s Styling preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Full time flexible schedule
- Weekends ARE Required
