The Barista Carry Out Crew member is a key part of the Service Team, ensuring guests have a seamless carry-out experience. They excel in coffee, tea, and menu knowledge, providing exceptional hospitality while maintaining The Boro's cleanliness and organization.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly in-person and over the phone, offering expert guidance on menu offerings and promotions.
• Actively sell future experiences, offer pairings, and suggest alternatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Educate customers on coffee, tea, and beverage options, highlighting quality, value, and story of each product.
• Operate Upserve POS system proficiently and handle phone functions efficiently.
• Process phone and online orders accurately and coordinate pickup or delivery.
• Prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and ensure orders are complete and correct.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, setting up the next team member for success.
