Our Baristas are the heart of our customer experience, providing exceptional service while maintaining a strong knowledge of our products. They take orders, prepare a variety of beverages and pastries, and work as a team to ensure every customer enjoys the quality and experience they expect from us. Baristas greet each guest with a customer-first attitude, follow recipes and service standards, operate brewing equipment, and keep the café clean and well-stocked. They also assist with deep cleaning, maintain organization, and promptly report maintenance issues while handling guest concerns with care and professionalism 

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
