About the Job:

The Barista serves quality beverages in a clean, organized environment demonstrating exceptional hospitality.

Baristas must have the ability to:

• Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service selling to customer needs
• Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
• Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines.
• Maintain, stock and clean barista area.
• Back up all food service areas including cashiers as needed.
• Must be organized, action oriented and posses excellent verbal communication and listening skills. 

We want to make sure each guest gets their perfect brew and so candidates for this position must have at least 1 year experience working as a BARISTA to be considered.

Physical Demands

The employee must be able to tolerate extended periods (4 or more hours) of standing, and may be occasionally required to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
