Jeff’s Bagel Run is a growing franchise coming to Lakewood Ranch! We’re on the lookout for passionate, energetic Baristas to join our growing team and help bring the best bagels and coffee to our community.

What We’re Looking For:

If you’re a people person, a team player, and someone who takes pride in their work, this is the spot for you. We want individuals who:

• Have excellent customer service skills and love connecting with guests


• Are fast-paced and reliable with strong time management
  


• Are open to learning new things and eager to grow with us


• Can communicate clearly, read and remember orders, and multitask


• Enjoy working in a clean, organized space and will help keep it that way

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and take orders at the register
  


• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and assist with cream cheese prep
  


• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation; clean equipment daily


• 
  Assist bakers when needed


• Pack and organize orders for takeout or pickup


• Keep inventory stocked and organized


• Be available for early morning shifts and weekends (we close at 2:00 PM)


• Able to stand for long periods and handle a physically active environment
