Job Description

Essential Functions:

• 
  
  Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
  
  


• 
  
  Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service.
  
  


• Craft specialty coffee drinks and other beverages.


• 
  
  Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  
  


• 
  
  Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
  
  


• 
  
  Complete all closing side work at end of shift
  
  


• 
  
  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
  
  


• 
  
  Follow all policies and procedures
  
  


• 
  
  Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
  
  


• 
  
  Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 
  
  High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
  
  


• 
  
  Previous experience as a barista or server is a plus.
