Job Title: Barista / Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour + tips
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage items while delivering exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced, beachside environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and other beverages to standard
Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and ingredients
Assist with light food prep and running orders when needed
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
