Job Description - Barista

Education bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
â Minimum 2 years previous work experience as supervisor in a similar capacity.
â Flexible in scheduled shifts, including early morning start times, weekdays, weekends and or holidays.
â Loves interacting with guests
â Team Player
â Can communicates in English both written and oral
â Enjoys being challenged

Experience & Functional Knowledge Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
â Excellent verbal and written communication in English to effectively interact with employees and guests.
â Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
â Proficient in Microsoft Office.
â Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize.
â Have a valid driver’s license
â Have experience driving different vehicle types such as a manual or automatic vehicle
