Job Description - Barista

Education bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
● Minimum 2 years previous work experience as supervisor in a similar capacity.
● Flexible in scheduled shifts, including early morning start times, weekdays, weekends and or holidays.
● Loves interacting with guests
● Team Player
● Can communicates in English both written and oral
● Enjoys being challenged

Experience & Functional Knowledge Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
● Excellent verbal and written communication in English to effectively interact with employees and guests.
● Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize.
● Have a valid driver’s license
● Have experience driving different vehicle types such as a manual or automatic vehicle
