Barista

Our Baristas create the welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back. They prepare quality coffee, tea, and food items while providing friendly, efficient service and maintaining a clean, organized café. Success in this role comes from working collaboratively, following recipes and operational standards, and taking pride in every customer interaction.

Essential Job Functions

Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest while following the 5 Steps of Customer Service. Prepare beverages and food according to company recipes and quality standards, operate café equipment safely, and accurately process customer orders. Maintain cleanliness throughout the café, complete assigned cleaning tasks, and keep workstations stocked and organized. Rotate between barista stations as needed, communicate maintenance or operational concerns to leadership, resolve guest concerns professionally, maintain reliable attendance, and perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
• Mix of standard office, manufacturing, and retail store environments
