Esplanade Lake Club, located in Fort Myers, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Barista! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities 

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. 

• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times. 

• Ensure composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. 

• Uphold company standards for beverage and food preparation. 

• Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs. 

• Regularly clean, restock, and organize the café space. 

• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties. 

• Handle cash transactions accurately. 

• Communicate promptly with management regarding operational needs or issues. 

• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment. 

• Guide and train new hires to maintain service and quality standards. 

• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year). 

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and sanitation regulations. 

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

• Basic math and computer skills. 

• Strong ability to assess and meet customer preferences. 

• A passion for hospitality and creating a positive customer experience. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 


• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
