Job description

The Copper Horse Restaurant is a popular eatery located at Bozeman Airport, serving delicious Montana homestyle cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We currently seek two baristas for opening shifts, with preferred open availability. This is a fun team and location; meet new people from around the world daily. Best of all, we'll train you!

Our location offers a flexible schedule that can be tailored to your lifestyle. As a Barista, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on both travelers and locals who visit our restaurant.

We are looking to fill one position for a person who is available from 9 AM to closing shifts end at midnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a welcoming and warm manner.
• Take drink orders and answer questions about the menu.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and electronic transactions with integrity and accuracy.
• Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
• Monitor and restock supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, cups, and lids, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, including full shift, bend, stoop, lift to 50 lbs, and work with kitchen equipment.
