The role:

To light up every shift with energy and precision. From handcrafting beautiful espresso drinks to leading the rhythm of the floor, you’ll be the pulse of the café. You’ll be multitasking at lightning speed, making real connections with guests, and bringing the heat when things get hectic.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Being the face of the café—welcoming, vibing, and making guests feel seen (and caffeinated).


• Cranking out gorgeous drinks at top speed, even with a crowd three-deep at the register.


• Mastering the menu and recommending drinks like a true sales pro.


• Up-selling pastries, new releases, and merch without it ever feeling “salesy.”


• Keeping the bar moving, the team flowing, and the guests raving.


• Multitasking like a boss and jumping in where needed.

Key Traits and Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee or fast-paced service (but we’ll train the right vibe).


• Knack for names, faces, and regulars' go-to drinks.


• Experience with POS, espresso machines, and a fast-moving line.


• Creative flair for flavor and presentation

• Love for people, energy, music, movement, and the magic of great coffee.


• Cool under pressure—actually, you thrive in it.


• Hospitality instincts are so strong it’s like you were born behind the bar.

Pay and Benefits: 

• $12.00 + Tips ($7-$10 an hour)
