PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Weigh, prepare, and serve meals

Clean work area and equipment

Take cash payment for meals and drinks

Operate cooking, espresso and kitchen equipment

Assist in maintaining daily stock of work area and weekly inventory; REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment AND one year of experience in quantity or institutional food preparation and serving or equivalent education/experience.
