Barista (Per Diem, Day Shift)

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred


• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• SERV Safe certification or equivalent: Preferred

Facility Specific License/Certifications:

• SERVSAFE OR FH-efoodcard: Required

Essential Functions:

• Completes and prepares customer orders. Maintains clean working environment and follows safety requirements. Performs opening and closing duties.


• Ensures accurate identification of food through labeling and dating procedures. Assembles and places food on trays for and delivers trays to customers.


• Assists with new employee training and coaching.


• Collaborates in implementation of new department policies, new techniques and new instrumentation. Reviews and updates policies and procedures manuals for the department.


• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
