We’re hiring Baristas who love people, energy, and starting the day strong.

Position Summary

As a Barista, you’re the face of the Biscuits & Bird experience. You’ll craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, connect with guests, and help create a welcoming environment that keeps people coming back for more. If you love mornings, people, and being part of something new—this is your place.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to brand standards.

• Deliver fast, friendly, and genuine guest service

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment

• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a smooth morning rush

• Follow food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures

• Represent the Biscuits & Bird brand with pride and positivity

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and guest-first mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Morning/lunch availability

• Barista or food service experience preferred

• Willingness to learn, grow, and have fun at work

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds 

• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop

• Ascend or descend stairs

• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time

• Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant

• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food

• Ability to multitask
