Baristas

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Do you have experience behind the counter crafting delicious beverages and serving smiles? Our client, a well-established chain of ice-cream and coffee shops in Malta, is looking for experienced Baristas to join their vibrant team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard

• Assist in serving ice-cream and other shop specialties

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience in coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Basic English language skills

• Must have a valid Skills Pass or be willing to obtain one

• EU citizenship or valid permit to work in Malta preferred
