Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and breakfast beverages to guests promptly and accurately.


• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs in a courteous manner.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.


• Handle guest orders efficiently using point-of-sale systems.


• Take food orders and deliver exceptional service.


• Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth morning operations.


• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista and server preferred but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed.


• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced work environment.


• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
