Now Hiring: Experienced Barista/Shift Lead – Pilar Coffee Bar & Iced Treats

Are you a skilled barista with a passion for crafting exceptional coffee and providing top-notch customer service? Pilar Coffee Bar & Iced Treats is looking for an experienced barista with at least 2 years of experience and shift lead experience to join our team!

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop
• Previous shift lead experience (supervising team members, opening/closing duties, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, coffee brewing techniques, and latte art
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead by example
• Open availability – must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
