Pine Valley Country Club is seeking talented and experienced team members.  Our bartenders work hand in hand with our front of house team to provide a warm, friendly, welcoming environment for our club members and their guests.  We have daytime and evening shifts available both full and part-time.  

Our bartending team will ensure that our members and guests are receiving excellent beverage service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Bar Manager with the management of inventory and resources, helping plan and execute promotional events, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, and taking great care of our members. 

Bartending and server experience is preferred, must have availability for daytime shifts.  

Requirements

Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for members and guests.  

Prepare all beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic

Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

Prepare beverages following the club recipes

Plan and present restaurant and bar menus

Check identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Full knowledge of food menu and service in addition to beverage

Engage in regular meetings of our Front of House team

Communicate customer feedback to managers

Check if bar equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Other duties as assigned
