Job purpose

Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to the membership and service staff following Red Rocks Country Club Standards.

Duties and responsibilities

• Cleaning the bar nightly including mopping, wiping down shelves and bottles
• Cutting fruit for garnishes Stock all beer, wine, liquor, juices, and mixers.
• Answering phones and being reservations
• Handling Go orders.
• Organizing beer cooler
• When liquor order arrives and puts inventory in prone, in place.
• Complete weekly and nightly sidewalk
• Make sure any tickets he/she rings in must be signed by the member.
• Reporting to management any needs or issues pertaining to the bar

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma

• Experience: 1+ year

Working conditions

Always work indoors. Often wear uniforms such as aprons or jackets. Are often exposed to hazardous situations and conditions that produce cuts. Work physically near others.

Physical requirements

• The employee is expected to meet the physical requirements of the position, which may include a frequent amount of standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Be present in a hot kitchen environment through most of the shift. The lifting requirement of the position may be greater depending on the job to be performed.
