Bartender

Forest Hills Country Club is looking for a Seasonal Bartender to join the team!

Located in the prestigious suburb of Clarkson Valley in the greater Chesterfield area. The club is over 55 years old and for years, has been recognized as the premier private Country Club in the West St. Louis area. Forest Hills Country Club encompasses over 6 acres, offering a Championship 18-hole course, and world class golf amenities within a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

We are looking to fill the position of a Seasonal Bartender. This is a position where quick decision making is necessary and you'll be using your professional and communication skills every day. 

The right candidate is energetic, friendly. Our ideal candidate will also have at least one year experience serving alcohol, as well as a passion for mixing drinks and creating cocktails all while providing and exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a general knowledge of cocktails and other mixed drinks.
• Use proper tools and techniques to prepare beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of beers, wines, and liquors.
• Prepare wine lists for parties and banquets.
• Serve wine and beer in the correct glasses.
• Serve food correctly with the right amount of alcohol.

• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous bartending/serving experience
• Able to work in an outdoor environment 
• Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Completed TIPS training with in 30 days of hire
