What You’ll Do:

· Craft exceptional cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency

· Guide guests through our thoughtfully curated wine list and beverage pairings

· Create an engaging and welcoming bar atmosphere for guests

· Work closely with the culinary team to enhance the food and beverage experience

· Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar to ensure smooth service

· Deliver memorable hospitality, anticipating guest needs and personalizing each experience

What We’re Looking For:

· Passion for mixology, wine, and hospitality – a love for creating exceptional drinks and guest experiences

· A strong foundation in classic cocktails and a willingness to explore new trends

· Wine knowledge or a desire to learn (WSET or sommelier certification a plus!)

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, upscale environment

· Excellent communication and sales skills – guiding guests through the menu and enhancing their experience

· An eye for detail and commitment to consistency

Requirements

Bartender Job Requirements:

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
