Windjammer is looking for a Bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. He or she also believes in quality, consistency, and working in a clean and organized environment.

Essential Functions:

· Greets bar guests and make guests waiting for tables feel welcomed and acknowledged

· Makes cocktails, beer, and wine for both bar and dining room guests

· Ensures proper measurements of cocktail ingredients

· Follow and complete all checklists before, during, and after service

· Perform cash drawer checkouts

· Maintain expertise on food menu, wine menu, cocktail menu and attend continued education classes when provided

· Be an expert on our brand and offerings

Pay: $5.00  per hour

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, quick to learn and able to multi-task

· Previous bartending experience required in high volume environment

· Beer, wine and spirits knowledge is a must

· Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays

· Overtime offered based on staffing needs

· Must be 21

· Must have reliable transportation, be responsible, and above all dependable

· Be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs.

· Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time.

· Willing to learn safe food handling practices and workplace safety procedures
