Location: Estancia Del Norte Hotel, San Antonio, TX

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at the Estancia Del Norte Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant hotel environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for service.

- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous bartending experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred.

- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Texas.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
